This is the period of time that you have to cancel/withdraw your contract in order to receive a full refund of premiums paid.
Foresters Competitive Scholarship 2025 Guidelines
Application requirements overall weighting of the application components
- Community Service: 50%
- Grades: 25%
- Essay: 25%
- The applicant, their parent, legal guardian, grandparent or spouse must be a current Foresters member.
- Applicants must be enrolling in a minimum 2-year, full time undergraduate program of study at a recognized institution in Canada or US in Fall 2025.
- For returning candidates must be enrolled in full time studies in the Fall semester of the academic year they are applying as a Returning Candidate.
- Applicants must be of the age 24 years or under at the time of April 30, 2025 the application through to the time August 31, 2025 when scholarship payment is issued.
- The scholarship will terminate at the end of any academic year in which the Foresters member, whether the scholarship recipient or the sponsoring member, ceases to be a member of Foresters. (2025 Competitive Scholarship – Guidelines)
